LSU offers a variety of exciting year-round gymnastics courses for children of all ages and skill levels at LSU’s
Gymnastics Training Center, located in the Carl Maddox Field House. Under the direction of LSU Assistants Bob Moore
and Philip Ogletree, girls and boys from ages 3 to high school will build strength, balance, coordination, and
self esteem while learning new skills and improving old ones. Children may take one or two days of class each week.
A low ratio for instructors to students is kept to help in the learning and succession process of your child.
TIGER TOTS (TT): Girls and Boys ages 3-5 yrs. of age
A great introduction to gymnastics for pre-schoolers. Children will get the experience all the gym has to offer from
bars to beam, trampoline to floor, and much more. Building strength and flexibility while having a fun time and
meeting new friends.
Offered: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
from 5:00 – 6:00 pm or 6:00 – 7:00 pm
BEGINNER GYMNASTICS (BN): Girls ages 6 yrs. and older
Elementary Schoolers can master the basics with an experienced staff.
Offered: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
from 5:00 – 6:00 pm or 6:00 – 7:00 pm
BOYS ONLY BEGINNER GYMNASTICS (BO): Boys ages 6yrs. and older
Build strength, balance, and agility through gymnastics (great conditioning for any sport)
Offered: Tuesday or Thursday from 6:00 – 7:00 pm
TUMBLING (TB): Girls ages 7 yrs and older
Middle and High Schoolers can keep their tumbling skills in tip top shape, and helps out tremendously for
cheerleading tryouts.
Offered: Monday and/or Wednesday from 6:00 – 7:00 pm
